Lily designs and facilitates group and individual sessions for women and men to “unpack” old beliefs and stop self-sabotage, create effective time management and achieve their goals.

 

Lily's sessions explore the physical, spiritual and emotional states and how these can be better balanced, looking at the wheel of life: wellness, family, spirituality, relationships, finances and career.
